1. Design Briefing — You share dimensional constraints, burner configuration, material preferences, and any brand identity elements (logo, color, packaging).
2. 3D Modeling & Prototype — Our engineers create a CAD model and, for large orders, a pre-production sample for your approval.
3. Production & Quality Control — Casting, machining, assembly, and functional testing at our factory under ISO 9001 procedures.
4. Logistics & After-Sales — FOB/CIF shipping from Tianjin port, with spare parts and technical documentation included.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 200 units for standard models; 500 units for fully customized OEM designs.
Lead Time: 30–45 days for standard orders; 50–65 days for custom OEM projects (including mold making).

Every stove leaving our factory undergoes a four-stage QC check:

• Raw material inspection — spectrometer analysis of iron composition per batch.
• In-process QC — mold alignment, wall thickness, and cooling curve monitoring.
• Final assembly test — gas line pressure test, burner flame pattern check, and heat uniformity scan.
• Packaging inspection — export-grade wooden crate (IPPC fumigation stamp), internal cushioning, and moisture barrier.

We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification and can arrange third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas) at the buyer's cost. CE and RoHS documentation are included as standard; UL/ETL certification is available for US-bound orders (please confirm at quotation stage).
