Every star cast iron stove undergoes shell molding, chemical analysis (spectrometer), and hydraulic pressure testing. Our factory covers 30,000 sqm, employs 120 skilled workers, and has been casting iron for over two decades. Wall thickness is maintained within ±0.5 mm tolerance.

2. Fast Lead Times & Transparent Tracking

Standard lead time for star cast iron stoves is 30-45 days after order confirmation (FOB Tianjin or CIF US West Coast). Rush orders for 500–1000 units can be expedited to 25 days. We provide weekly production reports and photos.

3. Full OEM/ODM Support

From custom star patterns on the firebox door to specific leg designs and branded logo placement, TJJ offers turn-key OEM/ODM. Our in-house pattern shop can modify any mold within 7 days.

4. Certifications You Can Trust

All star cast iron stoves are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certified processes. We offer CE (for Europe) and can arrange UL 1482 testing through accredited third-party labs for the US market. Full documentation provided with every shipment.

5. Flexible MOQ & Sample Service

Standard MOQ is 200 pcs per design, but trial orders of 50-100 pcs are welcome for new buyers. Sample stoves (1-2 pcs) shipped via DHL/UPS within 10 days – cost refundable with bulk order.
